How we work

We partner deeply with a small number of companies at a time, focusing on outcomes over headcount. The work ranges from designing AI architectures and agent workflows, to building secure infrastructure and debugging tricky production issues.

We are remote-friendly and default to asynchronous, written communication. Most work happens remotely, with occasional in-person sessions in York or on-site with clients when it makes a meaningful difference.

Where we are

Maple Logic is based in York, UK, but most of our work is done remotely. We are happy to work with people across the UK and compatible time zones, as long as you are comfortable with remote-first collaboration.
